Originally from Manchester, in the UK, I moved to France in 1997, originally following a very straightforward path: degrees in Law, French, and Translation, then years working in legal teams for global tech companies.
In 2004 I moved to Ariège and continued to work remotely from the French Pyrenees. Let’s just say the mountains had other plans.
Life there quietly pulled me in a new direction. Surrounded by wild nature and a vibrant community, I began training in meditation, therapeutic approaches, and eventually bodywork.
I learned individually, but also through groups I created, circles I joined, and collective projects where we explored and practised together. Sharing the work in community became as formative as the trainings themselves.
One training led to another, and I realised this wasn’t just a side interest — it was reshaping how I understood people, myself, and what truly serves. In 2019, I finally stepped out of the corporate world. Equipped, yes… but without a clear roadmap.
And that’s when the path of somatic bodywork — especially fascia work — really opened up for me. It felt like finding a language I’d been searching for: simple, direct, quiet, and honest. A way of working that made sense of everything I’d been exploring for years.
Today, this is what I do: I help people listen to their bodies in a way most of us were never taught. And I still find it incredible how much can change when the body is finally given space to speak.

I’m currently training as a Somatic Educator (Somato Pyschopédagie) with TMG Concept (Danis Bois approach), deepening my work with fascia, internal movement, and the body’s role in emotional balance and transformation.
The shared paths that shaped my practice
Alongside my formal training, my path has been shaped by long-term cycles of practice and collaborative learning — including intensive work with The Work of Byron Katie (three Schools and practice groups), participation in Krishnamurti Dialogue Groups, Non-Violent Communication practice groups, co-creation of Jungian Astrology workshops, running mountain walking groups for women, Mindful/Afghan walking with Danilo Zanin, more than thirty years of meditation, and a lifelong grounding connection to mountain walking and time in nature.
My personal influences
My path has also been supported by years of study and lived experience with teachers such as Douglas Harding, Krishnamurti, Caroline Myss, Joe Dispenza, Rupert Sheldrake, and others exploring the meeting point between body, mind, and perception.
